When will I receive my Amarsupiel.com order?

All Amarsupiel shipments are dispatched by Amazon's logistics services and delivered within 4-5 working days. For islands, delivery may take 1-2 days longer.

What is the delivery area of Amarsupiel?

Amarsupiel covers the entire national territory that is compatible with Amazon's logistics services.

How much does the delivery cost? 

Delivery costs depend on the final destination. Returns must be managed by the customer.

What can I do if my order does not arrive?

When you place your order, you should receive a confirmation email with the Amazon tracking code. Check your spam folder. You can use this code to contact Amazon's logistics services and ask them for information.

If you think your order has been lost or is taking too long, you can send an email to quieroamarsupiel@amarsupiel.com and we will inform you as soon as possible.

IZE / PRODUCT CHANGE

Changing the size and product is very easy and you have 1 month from the date of purchase to do so. It is important that the product is in perfect condition and labelled. 

The size change must be made by sending the garment to Spain at your own expense to the following address:

From Amarsupiel we will send you the desired size free of charge. 

Please send an e-mail to: amoamarsupiel@amarsupiel.com stating:

- The new size you want. 

- And attach proof of dispatch of the garment you wish to return. 

* If these steps are not strictly followed, the exchange will not be possible.

RETURNS

Can I return my order?

Amarsupiel offers you the possibility to exchange your order for any product or products from our catalogue. We also offer the possibility to return the money.

For this it is important that the garment is in perfect condition and labelled.

The maximum period for returns is 1 month from the date of purchase.

Send an email to amoamarsupiel@amarsupiel.com and attach proof of delivery.

Once the garment has been inspected and the return authorised, a discount code will be sent by email which can be exchanged for a new order or the money will be refunded as requested. 

* If these steps are not strictly followed, the exchange will not be possible.

*If the garment turns out to be faulty, Amarsupiel will take care of the costs and formalities for the exchange of the product. Please send an email to amoamarsupiel@amarsupiel.com and the issue will be resolved within a maximum of one week.
