Amarsupiel Water Baby Wrap Carrier

The water baby wrap is a very light and cool carrying system. Its technical "cool mesh" fabric allows for ultra-fast drying. Unlike an elastic sling, it is rigid. It can be used from the first months of life up to 15kg.

Baby wraps are the most versatile carrying systems par excellence. They can be tied in many different ways to carry the baby. It is not an ergonomic baby carrier as such, but depends on how the baby is placed in it. 

There are many models of baby wraps, but in general terms they are the following: elastic, semi-rigid or rigid slings. They are great because they allow you to have your hands free, even for breastfeeding.

The water baby wrap is one size fits all and allows you to carry newborn babies up to a maximum of 16kg. You can create a simple base knot with which you can adjust and adapt different pressure points. It is important that it fits snugly across the baby's body. It is important to position the water baby sling correctly to ensure an ergonomic posture. Don't be afraid to adjust the fabric well and do it point by point to achieve an optimal position.

One of the simplest knottings for the water sling is the "wrapped cross" or "wrap-around cross". Less comfortable is the pre-knotted base knot as it is more difficult to provide a good fit once the baby is in the sling. The only thing is that in the water sling, the adjustment must be done stitch by stitch.
