When will I receive my order placed on Amarsupiel.com?

Deliveries are made in 4 to 6 days via Amazon logistics. If you have any questions regarding your order, need additional information about a product or would like to make an exchange or return, you can write to: amoamarsupiel@amarsupiel.com and Alba will be happy to assist you. 😊

Can I return my order?
Amarsupiel allows the modification of the order of any product or products in our catalog. We also offer the possibility of returning the money.
To do this, it is essential that the garment is in perfect condition and bears the labels.
The maximum time to make a return is 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
*For international products, the customer must send the garment to our warehouses.

Send an email to amoamarsupiel@amarsupiel.com attaching proof of payment and indicating the order number or the person who placed it. If you would like a size change, indicate this in the email.
Once the item has been reviewed and approved, a discount code will be emailed and can be exchanged for a new order or refunded upon request.
*If these steps are not strictly followed, the exchange cannot be completed.
*If the garment has a defect, Amarsupiel will cover the costs and procedures for changing the product. To do this, send an email to amoamarsupiel@amarsupiel.com and the problem will be resolved within a maximum of one week.
